1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 1-5 business days of receiving your order. From that point, it will take about 10-20 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
2. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns are counter to our mindset here of reducing your carbon footprint-- each return would then increase carbon emissions. As an alternative, send us an email explaining what went wrong, attach a photo, and we will work to get you your money back in full. And for the product that you now have, you can either donate it to charity, or recycle it.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your order within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before a cancellation will get processed. In this event, where you still receive your product after filing a cancellation, feel free to still enjoy the product, or do what you see fit.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your order, whether it's the wrong size, color, is defective, or simply not what you ordered, send us an email and we will give you a refund. You will not be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
